Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. As you know, the City of Kimberling City celebrated its 50th Birthday in 2023. We had such a great turn out to that event that we have decided to add an annual fall festival to our list of events. Be sure to save the date and keep an eye out for more information about this exciting event to be released! We look forward to seeing everyone there!!!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!!! Due to severe weather forecast for tomorrow, the Public Works Community Event has been rescheduled for Wednesday June 5, 2024! Same time and place! Because of the event being rescheduled, City Hall will remain open all day tomorrow.

****TIME EXTENDED FOR 5/22 COMMUNITY EVENT**** Due to requests from the public, with Reeds Spring still being in school in May 22, the hours for the National Public Works Week Community event have been extended to 4:00 p,m,!!! We hope this helps any kids that are still in school be able to attend!!!!

*****ATTENTION***** INFORMATION BELOW ON MODOT RESURFACING PROJECT SOUTH OF KIMBERLING CITY BRIDGE STARTING MONDAY APRIL 8! Nighttime Resurfacing Work on Missouri Route 13 in Stone County Beginning Monday, April 8 Stone County – Drivers can expect lane closures and occasional traffic delays on Missouri Route 13 in Stone County during nighttime hours for a resurfacing project beginning Monday, April 8, the Missouri Department of Transportation said. Project Information: • Route 13 between the Table Rock Lake bridge in Kimberling City and the Arkansas State line in Blue Eye o Route 13 will receive a new asphalt driving surface, edge line rumble strips, shoulder repairs, guardrail, and road markings in various locations o Work will be done during nighttime hours of 6 p.m. – 6 a.m. from Monday - Friday Traffic Impacts: • Traffic reduced to one lane where contractor crews are laying asphalt during nighttime hours • Route 13 is Open • Drivers on Route 13 will encounter flaggers and pilot cars directing them through the work zone. Drivers should wait for the pilot vehicle before proceeding through the work zones or before entering the work zones from a side road. • No signed detour • Drivers should find alternate routes • Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone • Crews and equipment close to traffic in areas Weather and/or construction delays will alter the work schedule.
